My story
Central Ohio was home for many years and remains an important part of my real-estate work. I began owning in Southwest Florida in 2017 and moved here full time in 2025. Today I live in Riverwood, so the communities, roads, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, marinas, and everyday decisions I discuss with clients are part of my own life too.
Before joining The Matthew Patterson Group, Steve and I experienced the team as Riverwood clients—buying a condo in 2017, later selling it, and returning to purchase our current home in 2024. After receiving my Florida real-estate license, I chose to join the same Keller Williams team that had helped guide our own Riverwood moves.
That two-market experience is especially useful for relocation. I can help someone move within Central Ohio, prepare a Central Ohio sale while buying in Florida, or move to Southwest Florida from another state. When a client's current home is outside the markets I serve, I can help connect them with an appropriate licensed professional while they remain free to choose their representation.
